  • Drink 80–100oz of water

  • Add electrolytes in the AM

  • Use hydrating serums (hyaluronic acid on damp skin)

  • Apply a rich moisturizer morning + night

  • Run a humidifier while you sleep

2. Prioritize Healthy Fats & Omega-Rich Foods

Your skin barrier needs nourishment from within.
